System Memory Error

Your controller detected an issue with its internal memory. Settings may have been affected and professional service is needed.

Memory Error

Your Atlantis controller stores your lift's settings and configuration in its internal memory. This error means the controller detected a problem with that memory.

What You'll Notice

  • The app shows a memory error message
  • Your preset positions may be missing or incorrect
  • The lift may require recalibration
  • Settings reset to factory defaults

What Causes This

  • Power surge or lightning - Electrical event damaged memory
  • Age or wear - Controller memory reached end of life
  • Manufacturing defect - Rare hardware issue
  • Environmental factors - Extreme heat, moisture, or corrosion

What to Do

1

Try a Power Cycle First

Unplug the controller for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Sometimes this can clear temporary memory issues.

2

Contact Your Dealer

If the error persists, contact your dealer. They can diagnose whether this is a temporary glitch or if the controller needs service or replacement.

3

Check Your Warranty

Memory errors are often covered under warranty. Have your serial number ready when you contact support.

Important

If your settings were lost, your dealer will need to reprogram your lift's limits and presets. This is a normal part of recovering from a memory error and ensures your system operates safely.
