Quick Tips
Power Supply
Your system needs clean, stable 24V power. If lights dim or flicker, contact your dealer about low voltage or low shore power issues.
Connectivity
Controller needs strong 2.4GHz WiFi signal or cellular signal (if no WiFi is available and unit is cellular capable). Metal dock boxes can block signal - your dealer can help with placement.
Maintenance
Keep controller housing clean and dry. Professional service required every 250 cycles or quarterly, whichever comes first.
