Position Sensor Not Connected
Your lift's position sensor isn't communicating with the controller. Your app won't show accurate position information until this is resolved.
Position Sensor Error
Your position sensor tracks where your boat is on the lift. When it's not working, you won't be able to use presets or see accurate position in your app.
Quick Check
Check the Cable Connection
Look at the bottom of your controller box. Make sure the sensor cable is plugged in and the connector is tight.
Power Cycle Your System
Turn off the breaker to your lift for 30 seconds, then turn it back on. Wait for everything to restart and check if the error clears.
Warranty Coverage
If the quick checks above didn't resolve the issue, the sensor or cable may need replacement. If your system is under warranty, sensor replacement is most likely covered at no cost to you. If you're out of warranty, we can help you order a replacement and get you up and running fast!
