Critical Error: Position Unknown
Your lift's position sensor has lost track of the carriage. The system has entered limp mode for safety.
Troubleshooting Position Unsure
This error occurs when the controller receives conflicting or missing data from the position sensor (APS). While in this state, automatic features and presets are disabled to prevent damage.
Immediate Actions
- Check for Obstructions: Ensure nothing is blocking the lift's movement or the sensor mechanism.
- Manual Operation: You can still operate the lift manually using the Up/Down buttons.Note: Use extreme caution. Automatic stops are disabled. Do not over-travel.
- Reset the Controller: Turn off the power to the controller at the breaker for 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
Professional Service Required
If the error persists after a power cycle, professional service is required.
The position sensor needs to be professionally recalibrated or replaced. This is not a DIY repair.
