Important Safety & Liability Terms
- Assumption of Risk: Boat lift operation involves inherent risks including mechanical failure, structural collapse, electrical hazards, injury, and property damage. Users voluntarily assume all risks.
- Line-of-Sight Required: You must maintain continuous visual contact during lift operation. Never leave a moving lift unattended. Remote features are for convenience only—local, line-of-sight supervision is the primary and required method of safe operation.
- User Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for hiring qualified, licensed electricians for installation, ensuring code compliance, regular maintenance, operator training, and safe operating conditions.
