You tried to move your lift, but the key switch is in the OFF position.
What's a Key Switch?
Think of it like an ignition key for your lift. When it's OFF:
- •The lift won't respond to any buttons (remote, app, or panel)
- •This prevents unauthorized use
- •It's a safety feature, not a problem
How to Fix It

Find the key switch on your control panel

Turn it to the ON position

Try your lift controls again - it should work now!
When to Turn Key OFF
- •When you won't be using the lift for a while
- •To prevent kids or guests from operating it
- •During dock work or maintenance
Still Not Working?
Make sure:
- •Shore power is connected
- •Circuit breaker is on
- •You're using the correct key
Contact your dealer if the lift still won't operate with the key ON.
