Controller Offline

Your lift controller is not communicating with the cloud. Remote control is unavailable.

Device Offline Troubleshooting

When your device is offline, you cannot control it from the app, but physical buttons and key fobs will still work.

Step 1: Check Power

Ensure the controller has power. Is the green LED on the front of the box illuminated? If not, check your dock breaker or GFCI outlet.

Step 2: Check Connectivity

WiFi Models: Did you change your WiFi name or password recently? If so, you need to update the WiFi settings on the controller. If your WiFi hasn't changed, the signal might be too weak at the dock. Metal lift covers and distance from the router can affect connectivity.

Cellular Models: Check that your dock location has adequate cellular signal. Metal dock boxes can interfere with reception. If you recently changed carriers or there's a cellular outage in your area, this could affect connectivity.

Step 3: Restore Connection

WiFi Models:

  1. Stand near the controller box.
  2. Open the Atlantis App and go to Settings > WiFi Setup.
  3. Follow the prompts to reconnect your device.

Cellular Models: If your cellular model shows offline, try power cycling the controller by turning off the breaker, waiting 30 seconds, then turning it back on. If the problem persists, contact your dealer.
